The Mega Inter Collegiate Youth Festival
Every year the students of tirpude organise a mega youth festival called Crescendo. Crescendo is an inter – collegiate youth festival which is currently in it’s 23rd year.
About Crescendo
The mega youth fest consists of a mix of both cultural and sports competitions that bring out the talents in the youngsters. This festival involves participation from various colleges with a huge participation level of 3000 to 4000 participants in various events and audience outreach of over 30,000 students.
Every year a theme is a decided for the festival and everything is designed keeping the theme in mind. It’s a matter of pride for tirpude as this is one of the popular annual gatherings organised by any management institute in a Central India.

More About Crescendo
The best part is that tirpude students are the organisers and do not participate in the events that are organised during this festival. Each and every event is taken care of by the students from its conceptualization to its execution. Various committees are formed to ensure that the event is successfully executed. Through this mega youth fest, tirpude ensures that the students develop qualities like organizing, planning, coordination & effective delegation. Students also develop various skill like team building, communication & leadership.
